We always say to all of our brides and grooms, that this is the one day when you can truly express yourselves. Through your love and your vision, its also when you truly get to know one another!
Even when we decorate a room, we do it together, we decide on the overall theme together the wallpaper, the colour, the carpet, the curtains, furniture etc.. I guess that it sets the tone for the room of choice, after that Nick isn’t so bothered, the finer details are my thing! Yet, getting there was like war at times, the weird thing is, that despite our strong sense of what we like, we always seem to arrive at the same place, even though we started at opposite ends. Sometimes, there is no war, no discussion, just yep that’s the one.
I guess we just learnt to read each other and understand each others body language when we really liked something.. nowadays it much easier. So there is hope for couples.
